Album

Suite for Susan Moore and Damion: We Are One, One, All in One is an album by folk artist Tim Hardin, released in 1969. It was Hardin's first release on his new label, Columbia Records. It peaked at No. 129 on the Billboard Pop Album charts. Hardin had been sent to Nashville to record his debut album on his new label, Columbia. None of the material was deemed acceptable and remained unreleased until 1996 when they were included in the compilation Simple Songs of Freedom: The Tim Hardin Collection. Hardin's first album for Columbia was a darker, more subdued, and altogether stranger affair than the relatively accessible material he had recorded for Verve just two or three years previously. Even at the peak of his popularity, Hardin was not always the most straightforward of songwriters, and Suite for Susan Moore took a turn toward the oblique. The songs, actually running together into a loose suite, were divided into the mysteriously titled sections Implication I, Implication II, Implication III, and End of Implication. Does anybody know if this album exists with the label from 1970 with Columbia written six times around the perimeter I know that it exists with the late 1980s label with Columbia written in large white letters at the top, but I have otherwise not seen any other versions than that one and the 360 sound label.
